Waitlist information
When you join the early-access list, HairMatch stores your email address, whether you joined as a future client or hair professional, and signup timestamps. This information is used for access invitations and product updates. HairMatch does not sell waitlist information.
Reference photos
In the search experience, uploaded reference inputs are processed for the request and are not kept as a photo library. Search data follows the retention period shown in the product and can be deleted early.
Access and security
HairMatch search does not require a customer account. Administrative catalog and evaluation tools remain restricted to authorized project operators.
Your choices
You can delete a search reference early from the search experience. To leave the waitlist or request access, correction, or deletion of your waitlist information, reply to any HairMatch early-access message. HairMatch will include a working contact path in each pilot communication.
